Valley Springs, CA...Over the last several months, suspect Brandon Francis Condry, age 35, of Valley Springs, has been the subject of multiple investigations. These investigations have involved vandalism, felony domestic violence, felony burglary, felony stalking, battery, felony vehicle theft, felony false imprisonment, brandishing a weapon, and dissuading a witness. The investigation into these incidents resulted in several wants and warrants for the arrest of Condry. Attempts to arrest Condry were deliberately delayed due to assistance from accomplices.

Suspect Arrested for Attempted Murder at Lake Camanche Campground |

Valley Springs, CA...On June 8 (Saturday), 2024, at about 9:30 PM, a deputy was patrolling the area near the crowded Moccasin campgrounds, Lake Camanche South Shore, when he heard a gunshot. As he was going to investigate, multiple 911 calls flooded the Calaveras County Dispatch Center, reporting an incident at space 147. Upon arrival in the area, the deputy contacted a victim who stated he was in a verbal argument with suspect Ismael Viveros, age 28, over a minor vehicle accident. During the argument, suspect Viveros produced a handgun and pointed it in the direction of the victim. Suspect Viveros told the victim he was going to “kill him” and fired one round toward the victim and other campers in the area. The victim and other campers ran for cover while the suspect left the immediate area.

Successful Rescue Mission for Two Hikers in Glencoe Area |

Glencoe CA...On June 4, 2024, at about 7:30 PM, the Calaveras County dispatch center received a 911 call from a hiker requesting assistance in the Glencoe area. The hiker stated he had been camping with a friend for three days down along the North Fork of the Mokelumne River. As they were walking out of the extremely steep canyon, the friend began experiencing severe fatigue and muscle failure.
