Boris, Your Hunk of Burning Love Awaits. Take Him Home Today!

San Andreas, CA...Here is Boris, an intact male Pit bull mix, estimated to be about 2 years old and weighing about 85 pounds. But he’s really a hunk of burning love. Soon to be neutered. Do not be fooled. Boris’s cropped ears are designed to make him look intimidating. This delightful boy is the exact opposite: 85 pounds of gentle love.

Boris is very calm and is looking for a cozy couch to call home.  He has the qualities of an emotional support dog. He is a confident boy who greets everyone as his friend.

Boris is good with most dogs unless they are reactive. A meet ’n greet is required if you have another dog.

Boris will need to be neutered before joining you.

Contact : Calaveras County Animal Services (209) 754-6509
Kbandy@co.calaveras.ca.us or animal@co.calaveras.ca.us

Please use Boris’s intake number (AO57364) when making inquiries at the shelter

All dogs available for adoption at the Calaveras Animal Shelter are up-to-date on their routine vaccinations and will be microchipped. All unaltered cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered before they can go home with you.

Animal Services now has a Fee Flexibility Program!
When the dog or cat population at the shelter is at 80% or above capacity, the total adoption fee will be 50% off––reduced to $40 for dogs and $30 for cats. The adoption fee for cats who arrive at the shelter already altered will be $10. With the 55-5-5 Program, any time an adopter is 55 or older and adopts any pet over 5 years old, the adoption fee is $5.

How nice of the first owner of the dog not to neuter him, then give him up. I doubt Boris never even had a vet visit until now.

I rode the bus to the Fair all 4 days to and from. So like our Great President I too use public transportation, and like our president I've traveled over a million miles by public transportation. I wish I knew they were going to give me an Honorary Key to the bus, and the beautiful plaque, i would of taken a video and pictures of it all. Sadly my backpack was stolen at the fairgrounds.
Yes siree, what an honor it is to be just like Joe.

If they don't already, they should make you carry Clorox Wipes. Wipe down the seat when your Depends leaks all over the seats you freak.
