The Independence Hall Quilters 44th Annual Mountain Heirloom Quilt Faire
Murphys, CA...It’s almost time for our 44th Annual Quilt Faire. See the poster of the beautiful scholarship quilt. All money raised goes to Bret Harte High School students seeking higher education. Ironstone Vineyards, Friday, Saturday and Sunday October 21 - 23, 10 am - 4 pm. Cost: $10.00 for all three days Kids 15 and under free. Winner announced on Sunday afternoon. Need not be present to win. Tickets sold at the Faire. See you there!!!

Skeleton Starlight Evening Train Rides
Jamestown, CA... California State Parks, Railtown 1897 State Historic Park (SHP) and the California State Railroad Museum Foundation are proud to offer haunted “Skeleton Starlight” excursion train rides on four Saturday evenings this fall on October 8, 15, 22 and 29. Pulled by historic steam locomotive No. 28, the 50-minute “Skeleton Starlight trains depart at 6 and 7:30 p.m. Staffed by a “skeleton crew,” the frightfully fun haunted excursion train rides on the old Sierra Railway will journey to a spooky western ghost town where riders will be met by a coven of local witches handing out tasty Halloween treats.
Tickets for the spirited “Skeleton Starlight” excursion train rides (which include Park admission) are $25 for adults, $15 for youths ages 3-17, and children ages 2 and under are free. To make advance online reservations, please visit www.railtown1897.org or call 209-984-3953 for more information.

The 2nd Annual Captin' Jack Sparrow's Adventures!
Arnold, CA...We would like to invite you to 2nd Annual Captin' Jack Sparrow's Adventures. Walk through ride of the iconic Pirates of the Caribbean. 9 different rooms or screens. Animatronics and live actors. Performances and meet and greet by the real Captin Jack Sparrow Teague. Murphys School of Music students will perform on selected nights. Pirate games and prizes. Jack's pumpkin patch. A free pumpkin per family. Food vendors, cotton candy and popcorn booth .
Every weekend Friday-Saturday 6-9 pm. Adults $15, Children $10, and children under 5 are free. Located in Arnold at Cameo Plaza/Arnold School of Music. Proceeds benefits non-profit organization Murphys School of/Arnold School of Music and the performing arts.
