CDCR Seeking Incarcerated Man Who Walked Away from Vallecito Conservation Camp

Vallecito, CA...California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) officials are seeking a minimum-security incarcerated person who walked away from Vallecito Conservation Camp in Calaveras County on Friday, April 19.

Jonathan LealBetancourt, 26, was discovered missing at 03:00 a.m. during a head count. Staff immediately launched a search of the camp buildings and grounds. CDCR’s Office of Correctional Safety, Cal-Fire, and local law enforcement agencies have been notified and are assisting in the search.

LealBetancourt is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 219 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. It is unknown what he was wearing when he walked away. It is suspected he was wearing either gray sweatpants and a gray T-shirt or orange pants and an orange long-sleeve shirt.

He was admitted from Alameda County on June 23, 2023, to serve a five-year, four-month sentence for first-degree burglary, receiving stolen property, vehicle theft, and buying/receiving stolen vehicle/trailer/construction equipment.

Anyone who sees LealBetencourt or knows his whereabouts can contact the Vallecito Conservation Camp Commander at (209) 736-4922, any law enforcement agency, or 9-1-1.

Since 1977, 99 percent of all people who have left an adult institution, camp, or community-based program without permission have been apprehended.

Did you see the news from Indianapolis where a mother who was on meth, smothered her 2 month old child with a pillow and liberal Democrat Judge Mark Stoner found 32-year-old Dacia Lacey not guilty of neglect of a dependent, which resulted in the death of her daughter, Alona, in 2022.

This is the same judge who "according to a report by WTHR, Stoner is already under fire and facing calls for his resignation for having given a mentally-ill man, who shot and killed a police officer, a “sentence of time served.”
Judge Stoner "Not everything that’s a mistake or everything that is wrong is criminal,” Stoner said. “Something has to be done with criminal intent and criminal responsibility, and that’s what the defendant is charged with. When the state chooses to charge an individual, they must prove they did something with criminal intent. Poor parenting, by definition, is not criminal.”
With lib/ dem judges and DA's who won their elections by Billionaire Soro's funding their campaign is it a wonder why so many felons comment a dozen more felonies and always walk away with no bail?

The poor under Biden has 5X's the chances of being audited. Go figure he lied again

You'll never see this from Legacy Media.
Following the announcement that the Inflation Reduction Act would provide the IRS with an additional $80 billion in budget, the Biden administration had made an effort to convince American taxpayers that this money would not increase their likelihood of being audited by the agency.
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen also previously claimed that audit rates would not rise for people and small businesses with annual incomes under $400,000.

In addition, a press release from the White House recently stated that a significant portion of the money is “dedicated to closing the tax gap by specifically enforcing tax compliance by the wealthiest tax evaders.”

However, data from Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), a nonpartisan data provider focused on federal government agencies, shows the poorest Americans — primarily those requesting the Earned Income Credit (EIC) — have a higher risk of getting audited by the IRS,” according to Yahoo News.

According to TRAC’s analysis of 2021 tax returns, those with yearly incomes under $25,000 had a five-fold higher chance of being audited compared to other taxpayers. Furthermore, they discovered that 13% of these returns showed that the EIC receivers were audited, with that number rising to 13.5% in 2022.

In 2022, under 1% or less of millionaires experienced an IRS audit.

I wonder if the 1% of millionaires are all Republicans the IRS were told to audit?

It’s funny when you say that something isn’t in the news, and then post the news.
I want every rich person to pay their taxes. Trumps IRS had been auditing poor people and I’m glad Biden is changing that.

Anti, you forgot to use a comma or period after dreamy.
You also should have had a period before Sniveler, making aforementioned Sniveler a full sentence.
Back to Bret Harte GED class you inbred doofus.
