A 17-year-old Mexican national breached Laughlin Air Force Base in Texas after running from a vehicle during a traffic stop conducted by Del Rio Border Patrol agents on Highway 90 East. The man was later detained by Border Patrol agents, along with four other men suspected of being in the country illegally. This incident occurred shortly after two Jordanian nationals tried to breach Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia earlier in the month.
