Elsa is very affectionate and could be an emotional support dog. Shelter staff will insist on a home with older children only, because Elsa is sensitive to having her feet touched and resource-guards her food. Elsa loves all the dogs she has met at the shelter, even a Chihuahua. Come to meet her - she is the perfect size. She would love to be your companion. A meet ’n greet is required if you have another dog. Elsa will need to be spayed before joining you.
