The BlowBacks Tonight 6 - 9pm at Cameo Plaza

Posted by: thepinetree on 06/08/2024 11:51 AM
Arnold, CA...The BlowBacks are a ten piece, horn-driven dance band with a huge repertoire, spanning the 1930’s to the 2000’s. We play classic rock, Motown, big band, neo swing, jazz, blues, lounge, funk, and country swing-a little something for everyone, and anything that grooves is fair game! Featuring a full horn line and three dynamic vocalists, The BlowBacks bring the boogie to the Mother Lode, the Central Valley and beyond. The BlowBacks were originally formed by our dear friend, legendary Amador County saxophonist Barry Duncan. You might remember some of us from Blow Daddy, Mr. Pinstripe, and Chains Required!

Shiloh & Glinda Off to the Prom!

Posted by: thepinetree on 06/05/2024 12:29 PM
San Andreas, CA...We would like to introduce SHILOH, a handsome black and white tuxedo who is about a year old. He is at the shelter after being rescued from a home with unhealthy living conditions. Shiloh is our “shy boy.” But after lots of loving attention from shelter volunteers and staff, he is finally coming out of his shell. He is super sweet and gentle and has a calm, quiet personality. His adopter should expect it to take him a while to adjust to changes in a new environment. When Shiloh gets to know you, he is quite loving and can be very playful, especially with a toy on a cat wand. The white whiskers are his trademark.
