I guess hibernating in humans makes you gain weight as opposed to losing it as our bear neighbors seem to. Yes, the Covid-15 is real and by some studies almost 60% of us have gained a few pounds. The American Psychological Association reported that one in 10 of us have gained over 50lbs of Covid weight. We decided to seek out some experts on how to reshape our Covid (At least we will blame it on that) enlarged body. We headed on over to Family 4 Fitness in Vallecito where they have been helping people get in shape, stay happy and healthy for 17 years. We spoke to a ripped and shredded 56 year old Kenny Lee. Our conversation is below...

Sender's Market's Weekly Ad & Grocery Specials Through April 13th. Shop Local & Save!

Posted by: thepinetree on 04/09/2021 07:10 AM
Mountain Ranch, CA...In 1950, we started out as a family operation with Erich’s father and mother, August and Freida Sender, in a century-old adobe building. The upstairs was home to the Sender family, and the first floor included groceries, a meat market, a bar, and a small eating place called Opa’s Smokehouse. On Christmas morning in 1968, the old store was destroyed by fire. But in June 1969, Sender’s Market, Inc. was opened. Since that time, there have been many changes, including remodeling, expansion, and the addition of many employees. That’s also when we added the truss plant and purchased Sender’s Market Ace Hardware in Valley Springs. Today, we're still family owned and still working hard to stock everything from pantry essentials to power tools. Whether you've got questions about the perfect cut of meat or the right kind of paint, our helpful, knowledgeable staff has you covered.  Click on images below for larger versions

Jeff Bezos Just Endorsed Corporate Tax Hikes. Here’s Why Amazon’s Support Should Be a Giant Red Flag

Posted by: thepinetree on 04/08/2021 02:29 PM
Atlanta, GA...The Biden administration and some (but not all) of their Democratic allies in Congress want to raise the corporate tax rate to 28 percent. They say this would help the working class and hurt Big Business, finally making corporations “pay their fair share.” But if that were true, giant corporations like Amazon wouldn’t be endorsing the change.  Yet that’s exactly what Jeff Bezos just did.
