Pests and Bugs - The Good, Bad and the Ugly
Bring your garden pests for identification to Open Garden Day on July 24, Saturday, from 10 am to 2 pm at the Calaveras County Master Gardeners’ Demonstration Garden, Government Center, 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas. The “Pests and Bugs” presentation begins at 10:30 am sharp. Master Gardeners will be on hand to offer free live help for home gardening questions, research your pesky pest issues, and assist in diagnosing plant problems. Bring your samples in plastic bags. ....
Can’t make it on Saturday, the 24th? Call the County Master Gardener Help-Line at (209) 754-2880 to receive live phone-in help Wednesdays from 10am to noon, or leave a message any time explaining the problem. Master Gardeners will research your plant concerns, and return your call.
