Pot O’Gold Raffle Tickets for Sale!
Frogtown, USA....The Friends of the Calaveras County Fair will be hosting their Pot O’Gold $10,000 Raffle again this year at the 2011 Calaveras County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee. Raffle Tickets for the $10,000 drawing are now for sale. Tickets can be purchased for $25 a piece, or $100 for 5 tickets. Tickets are pulled Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening before the main evening event for $1,000. Sunday night before the Destruction Derby, the winning ticket will be pulled and the winner will receive $10,000. Winners from the Thursday, Friday & Saturday night drawings are reentered into the .....

Sunday night $10,000 drawing. So, entrants can potentially win $11,000. Winners need to be present at the Fair to receive the $1,000 prizes, but need not be present to win the $10,000 prize.
Proceeds benefit The Friends of the Calaveras County Fair a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization founded to provide support to the Calaveras County Fairgrounds. The Friends have already donated a sign at the south entrance of the fair, and the new Ranch House, now available for events. Organizations and groups can share in proceeds by selling tickets. For more information on group sales, contact a member of The Friends of the Fair or the Fairground Office.
