Special Meeting agenda called by the Board President Pursuant to Government Code section 54956
Special Meeting shall commence at approximately 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, September 19, 2012.
LOCATION OF SPECIAL MEETING: DISTRICT OFFICE
4545 Moran Road, Avery, CA
Any writings or documents that are public records and are provided to a majority of the governing board regarding an open session item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the District Office located at 4545 B Moran Road during normal business hours.

A. Public Comment on Closed Session Item
Government Code Section 54954.3 provides that the public will have an opportunity to address the Board on any item described on a regular or special meeting agenda either before or during the consideration of that item. The Board reserves the right to limit the time of presentation by an individual and by a group on a particular item on the special agenda (BB 9323). At a special meeting, the public may comment on an item on the open or closed session agenda only (Governing Code section 54954.3, subdivision (a)).

Notice posted September ___, 2012: The Agenda was e-mailed to the following local newspapers of general circulation in Calaveras County: Calaveras Enterprise, Union Democrat, The Pine Tree, and The Mountain Chronicle. Posted at: District Office, Michelson Elementary School, Hazel Fischer Elementary School, and Avery Middle School. Agenda e-mailed or faxed to each Board Member.
