Travelodge Grandly Opened in Angels Camp! ~By John Hamilton

Angels Camp, CA...After months of work, Dennis and Vernagae Lee, Calaveras County residents and 20-year local motel owners, unveiled Travelodge Angels Camp at their Grand Opening last Thursday Night. Dennis was out of town on business so Daughter Michelle Lee handled the MC Duties. For its 20th birthday, The Angels Inn Motel has been getting a makeover, transforming it into Travelodge Angels Camp...

The Nattily Dressed Nikko Elevates Your Front Desk Experience and Vernagae & Michelle Lee Extol Their Travelodge's Virtues. More Photos Above and Ribbon Cutting Video and Speeches are Enclosed.

A good sized crowd was on hand for room tours, ribbon cuttings, hors d'oeuvres, and Destination Angels Camp and Angels Camp Business Association and City dignitaries celebrating the new Travelodge.

Since last March the Lees have been working with the Wyndham Hotel Group, not only meeting their standards to become a Travelodge, but adding a few welcoming touches of their own. The motel’s 55 rooms are completely refurbished with new carpet, beds, bedding, drapes, lamps, and 40” flat-panel TVs.

More information on Travelodge Angels Camp can be found online at travelodge.com/angelscamp....
