Irish Day 2013...Even the Leprechauns Were Large
Murphys, CA...Well the Irish proved Luck O' the Irish" was more than just a saying as the Murphys Business Association should be patting themselves on the back with their very tired hands. Murphys was Packed today. We walked from end to end on Main Street right after the parade this morning and it was wall to the wall. Many people were only there for a few hours so the entire crowd probably turned a time or two today. The shuttle from Ironstone was doing a brisk business as well. By my very unofficial estimate crowds were well over 10,000 for the day. We took over 1,800 and many of those should never see the light of day but when we have them sorted we should have several hundred for you.
