Calaveras County Real Estate Market Continues to Rebound
Calaveras, CA...The average value of homes in Calaveras County continued to increase during the 3rd quarter of this year. According to sales data the Calaveras County Association Realtors (CCAR) reports the stabilizing of our local real estate market values continued to improve by 4.48% this past 3 months. CCAR Administrative Executive, Valerie Moon said the median sell price of a Calaveras County residential property this time last year was $165,000. This year that number has hit $210,000 so far...
Pending listings are currently down by 8.85% compared to this time last year, and 10.03% under the second quarter of this years numbers.
“Our local market really took off during the first quarter of this year, and continued to steam upward into the second quarter. It will be interesting to see where we finish out during this next quarter”. Said Moon.
