Woman Run Mortgage Business Opens In Mountain Ranch

Calaveras County, CA...Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is pleased to announce the opening of its first branch in historic Mountain Ranch lead by Kimberly Hesser, branch manager and Kim Braunworth, loan office assistant.

Hesser brings over 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry specializing mainly in purchase and refinance lending. In her new role she will be responsible for branch management and originating loans throughout the California “Gold Country”. She is joined by Kim “Kay” Braunworth, her invaluable loan officer assistant.

“I joined PRMI with the intent to open a branch with people who really care about our community. Our goal is to support Calaveras County residents and realtors by delivering outstanding client service throughout the loan process,” said Kimberly Hesser. “Keeping operations and decisions local is incredibly important to us.”

As with its nearly 250 other branches located in 49 states across the nation, this branch offers a wide variety of mortgage lending services through access to many residential loan programs including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, HELOC, and reverse mortgages.

For more information on the Mountain Ranch branch, please visit www.goprmi.com/khesser or call 209-754-9412.
