"Chef Chat" is Back This Week with Chef James Talking BBQ Sauce
Murphys, CA...This week on Courses #9, the ever so popular, Executive Chef James of Ironstone Vineyards talks "BBQ Sauces." With the warm weather coming, the wonderful smell of BBQ'ing will soon be in the air! He was even so kind to provide our viewers with a yummy recipe for BBQ sauce. Chef James also teaches a very popular series of cooking classes at Ironstone Vineyards that are usually a sell-out......

BBQ Sauce Recipe
BBQ Sauce
by Chef James Lehman
24 oz. Ketchup
1 Cup orange juice
1/4 Cup red onion, minced
1/4 Cup garlic, minced
1/2 Cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/3 cup molasses
mix all ingredients together in a small pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Feel free to add all sorts of ingredients to your sauce .
