Both Biden and lil don had classified documents in their possession off site from Washington.
There are marked differences between the two.
There are various classes of classified documents.
Biden did have documents at 2 locations off site.
#1 his home in Delaware. #2 at the U of Penn .
Of note Biden allowed searches, and let the investigators remove any classified documents none were top secret, some were merely notes taken from briefings when he was a Senator, and VP.
In contrast, lil don was told when he was leaving the WH he cannot remove any classified documents, they must be sent to the national archive.
lil don knowing took these documents to Florida illegally. Many were top secret .
lil don ignored, delayed attempts to retrieve these documents . After a warrant was served by the FBI, Mara Lago was searched, tens of boxes of highly classified documents were found, logged, removed. They were not kept in any secure manner, but in closets, even in a bathroom next to a toilet.
lil don't attorneys when asked said, this is all there is. The FBI returned with another warrant, and searched other locations, even a pool shed, and found more classified documents.
lil don tried to hide these classified documents knowingly. This is a crime.
In interviews, posts lil don has said he can do anything he wants, anything.
He has said he did nothing wrong.
Special prosecutor Smith's has a case on this to convict lil don of this felony crime.
