CAL Fire has sent us the official fire release on an escaped debris burn that occurred on March 1st at 1560 Main Street in Murphys. No injuries reported. Damages are estimated at $200. The full fire report is enclosed..... |

Contained Commercial Structure Fire |

Sonora, CA....A Commercial Structure fire has been reported in Sonora City on Pauline Ct. near Sonora Regional Hospital. Heavy smoke and flames were reported by the first engine on scene coming from the rear of the structure. After all engines were one scene they were able to attack the flames and bring the fire down. The fire is now contained, and fire personal will stay on site until the fire is completely out.

San Andreas, CA...CAL FIRE urges foothill residents and property owners to take advantage of cool, damp, spring weather to finish clearing their defensible space. Now is the time to remove dead vegetation and thin and prune live vegetation, especially if you plan to dispose of it by burning....

Trailer Fire Reported on Tuesday A Total Loss |

Mountain Ranch, CA...CAL Fire is reporting a trailer fire on Tuesday Feburary 19th at 15500 Jesus Maria Road in Mountain Ranch. The cause of the fire is under investigation. It was a 5th wheel trailer involved which is a total loss. Dollar damage estimated at $8,000. Full CAL Fire report is enclosed....

Angels Camp, CA...CAL Fire is reporting an escaped debris burn on Tuesday February 19th at 2840 Meacham Road North of Angels Camp on Hwy 49. There were no injuries reported. Damage was contained to 1/4 of an acre. See full fire report enclosed....

Structure Fire in West Point a Total Loss |

West Point, CA...CAL Fire has sent us the official Fire report for the West Point structure fire that occurred on Friday February 15th at 8501 Skunk Hollow Road. The structure is a total loss. There were no injuries. Cause of the fire is under investigation. Dollar damage estimate has not been released at the time of report. The CAL Fire report is enclosed....

CAL Fire is reporting two escaped debris burns over the weekend. The first occurred on February 15th at 7917 Nall Street in Rancho Calaveras which caused 1 acre in damage. The second occurred on February 17th which caused 1.5 acres in damages. The full fire reports are enclosed...

FIRE NEWS....Structure Fire Being Reported in West Point area (UPDATED) |

West Point, CA...There is a fully engulfed two story structure fire being reported in West Point. Additional Emergency services from Altaville Fire Department have been called in to assist. The address of the structure fire is 8501 Skunk Hollow Road. It was a two story solar powered home. Several agencies contributed equipment and manpower. There were 4 engines, 2 water tenders. CAL Fire has a Batallion Chief, a fire investigator and one engine still on scene as of 8:30pm this evening. |

Wilseyville, CA...CAL Fire reported and escaped debris burn on Sunday February 10th at 3369 Railroad Flat Road in Wilseyville. There were no injuries reported. No dollar damage was reported. 1 acre of vegetation burned. The full CAL Fire is reported....

Structure Fire in Arnold Today(Updated with CAL Fire report) |

Arnold, CA...There was a structure fire in Arnold today in the Mill Woods neighborhood. The home was at 139 Mill Woods Circle. According to EPFD the home was completely gutted and the cause of the fire is still under investigation. Total damages estimated to be $300,000 for structure and $100,000 contents. There were no human injuries although, a 68 male was displaced and Red Cross was called. One dog was taken to the vet and the other dog suffered no injuries. The full CAL Fire report is enclosed..
