The numbers. This 15-month recession represented the biggest struggle for the Reagan administration during its first term. People often remember this deep recession in terms of unemployment: in 4Q 1981, 10.5% of Americans were out of work; 28% of teenagers and 20% of African-Americans were without jobs.1 That was the highest unemployment rate since the Great Depression; to top it off, 17,000 businesses failed during the downturn.2 A bear market was firmly in place: the Dow Jones Industrial Average hadn’t topped the 1,000 mark in five years.3 GDP fluctuated from quarter to quarter – between 2Q 1981 and 3Q 1982, it ranged from 4.9% to -6.4%.4.....

They will hold one Public Hearing regarding an extension of time for development agreement of Saddle Creek (Calaveras Country Club) to allow up to 10 years additional time to complete the development agreement for the Saddle Creek subdivision; Ventana, LLC has been continued to November 6th. Angels Camp, CA...Something Big is Coming to Angels Camp on October 1st. Who needs a Costco or a Warehouse Store when you have Scott's Distributing. They are a local food service distributor that will be opening their warehouse in Angels Camp to the public every Wednesday starting the first Wednesday in October. For the last ten years Scott's has been servicing businesses in the area with Coffee, Snacks, Janitorial, Party and Industrial Supplies...

It very simple, and of course all kids love jello! There are so many fun things they can do with jello. Use cookie cutters for fun shapes, jello on a stick and more!......
