Mokelumne Hill, CA...“Holiday Belles” will be ringing out once again as the Ladies of Mountain Melody bring their musical magic to the foothills in four delightful seasonal concerts. Lots of new favorite tunes such as “Cool Yule,” and Gettin’ In The Mood For Christmas,” and old gems such as “Jingle Bells” and “Sleigh Ride” will get you in the holiday spirit! A new venue in Sutter Creek, the Old Grammar School, extends our concerts into Amador County, and we will also be a part of the Moke Hill Holiday Open House with a performance at Renegade Winery.
Sierra Repertory Theatre's Production of Grease Runs Through December 15th

Columbia, CA...Now though December 15th the Sierra Repertory Theatre is performing the classic musical Grease. The Historic Fallon House theatre in Columbia the production venue. It is about Rydell High's senior class of 1959: duck-tailed, hot-rodding "Burger Palace Boys" and their gum-snapping, hip-shaking "Pink Ladies" in bobby sox and pedal pushers, evoking the look and sound of the 1950s in this rollicking musical. Head "greaser" Danny Zuko and new (good) girl Sandy Dumbrowski try to relive the high romance of their "Summer Nights" as the rest of the gang sings and dances its way through such songs as "Greased Lightnin'," "It's Raining on Prom Night," "Alone at the Drive-In Movie" recalling the music of Buddy Holly, Little Richard, and Elvis Presley that became the soundtrack of a generation. Studio 4 Dance Theater’s 2019 Nutcracker is December 19, 20 & 21

Angels Camp, CA… Studio 4 Dance Theater presents Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker,” the classic holiday tale of Clara’s dreamlike adventures with her Nutcracker Prince in the Candy Kingdom. This year’s production brings on a new cast, stunning costumes, high tech props and spectacular special effects. Artistic Director Tammie Lee introduces the new “Angels” who open Act II this year. The “Party Scene”, bright and fun, opens the production set in the Stahlbaum home in Germany where Clara and her brother Fritz anxiously await the excitement of this holiday tradition.

Bear Valley, CA...Hey Good People! So………………3″ of new snow fell overnight giving us 6″ in 24hrs and a current storm total of 10″. As the current system winds down we could pick up another inch or so today and up to 3″ tonight. Winds will mostly be out of the SSW up to the mid teens as the gradient relaxes a bit with the storm exiting. Cooler air has made it’s way over the forecast area as snow elevations are currently around 6000′. Today we will beginning our 7 days a week operations with the Frontside, Backside and Village sides accessible. Come check out our “Pure Mtn Fun” as we have lots of it going on!
