A spectacular 6-course fixed menu will be served, the cost is $65 per person. The menu is attached. RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Three seating times to choose from - 5:15p, 7:30p and 8:15p. Local Schools Help The Food Bank

Angels Camp, CA...In an effort to provide a donation to the Resource Connection Food Bank, the Calaveras County Office of Education reached out to county schools asking for donations of canned and non-perishable food items. We received generous donations from Kathi Grover’s class at Albert Michelson School, Jacey Bray’s class at Bret Harte High School, and Jane Ferguson’s class at Mountain Oaks School. We wish to thank them as well as Bret Harte Leadership students Sean Krpan and Brandon Kelly, Calaveras River Academy students Mike Vasco, Alex Mooshi, and Austin Underhill for helping us build a canned food tree in our lobby. Because of the effort and generosity of these individuals and all others involved in the food drive, CCOE was able to make a sizeable donation to the food bank this holiday season...

140 Calaveras Unified Students Able to Participate in "Christmas To Remember"

San Andreas, CA....On December 12, 2013, 140 students from Calaveras Unified Schools had the opportunity to participate in the Calaveras Christmas to Remember shopping day. Students, with the help of many volunteers, shopped for warm winter clothing and shoes. Calaveras Unified staff and families want to thank the generous citizens and businesses in Calaveras County who donated and/or participated in this effort. This day would not have been possible without the kindness and generosity of Mary McIntire, Jeannie Holster, and the amazing staff at KMart in Martell. They welcomed the children with open arms and showed them such kindness and generosity...

CCOE Staff Brings In Over 1000 Food and Toy Items

Angels Camp, CA...Calaveras County Office of Education staff united to bring in over 1,000 food and toy items for The Resource Connection Food Bank. The office held a friendly team competition where the staff was divided into two groups: Red-Santa Team, Green-Elf Team. The team that brought in the most items earned the privilege to wear jeans for a week. The staff came through with flying colors. In the end it was a tie, and all staff will be able to wear jeans for a week!
