Financial Peace University Coming to Valley Springs

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — More than one and a half million families have positively changed their financial future through Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University (FPU). Updated in summer 2012, the now nine-week course provides families and individuals with practical tools to gain control of their finances and set themselves up for long-term financial success. The course meets once a week where a different lesson is taught by Dave on DVD followed by a small-group discussion. Lessons include budgeting, relationships and money, getting out of debt, saving for emergencies and investing. We know that quality education and schools are one of the biggest factors in choosing a home. Three Men Arrested and Ten Cited During Bust of Cockfighting Ring

Burson, CA..On 02/08/13 at approx. 8:30 pm Calaveras Sheriff’s Deputies received a report of a possible cock fight at a residence located on the 14000 block of Hunter Road in Burson. Upon arrival at the property the deputies saw a man holding a flashlight standing outside of a large shop building on the property. As the deputies walked towards the shop they saw 35-45 people run towards the rear exit of the building. The deputies gave chase, caught and detained numerous people.
