Craft Classes for Children ages 7-12
Carol Smith is offering FREE Craft lesson on three consecutive Tuesday afternoons at the Mountain Ranch Resource Center,7869 Whiskey Slide Road. Class will meet from 2:30-4 p.m. on July 6th,13th and 20th. Featured projects include paper flowers, butterfly mobiles and birds. Pre-registration required.Call 754-4073 between 2 and 6 p.m. weekdays

Death Ride 2010
Recognized as one of the premier cycling events in the West, the Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway Association invites you to participate in the 30th Anniversary of the Death Ride® by volunteering with our Summit Aid station.
Get a behind the scenes view of all the work that goes into making this event a success. Volunteers provide support along the Death Ride® course, as well as days prior to the event. Many riders and non-riders show their support for the event by volunteering for a position. This army, The Skeleton Squad, is a large part of what makes the Death Ride® so successful. We can't do it without you!
All Volunteers must sign up by Monday 07/05/10. No sign ups will be taking on-line after that date.

We run the summit aid station providing event support for the riders- it's hard-work, but exhilarating and rewarding.
We'll start with a barbecue on Friday night, run the event on Saturday (including set-up and breakdown) and finish with a hike to Ebbetts Peak on Sunday.
