The West Calaveras County Democratic Club (WCCDC)
Serving Democrats in western Calaveras County, including the communities of
San Andreas, Rail Road Flat, Mokelumne Hill, Mountain Ranch, Sheep Ranch, West Point, Valley Springs, Jenny Lind, Burson, Rancho Calaveras, Wallace and Copperopolis
The Club will be meeting the third Saturday of each month, 10:00 am at the Hotel Leger, Mokelumne Hill.

Chili Cook Off and Fall Festival in Moke Hill October 15, 2011 from 12pm to 4pm
Join us October 15th at the Town Hall for the Firefighter's Chili Cook Off. Enter your chili for free or be a taster/judge $5 per person or $3 for children 16 and under. Fall Festival in the park includes fun activities like pumpkin carving, scarecrow decorating, donkey rides, scavenger hunts and much more. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Entry forms to enter your chili in the cook off are available at the local businesses including the post office. Proceeds benefit the Mokelumne Hill Volunteer Firefighter's Association and the Mokelumne Hill Elementary School girls and boys basketball teams.

Saturday, October 15th at St. Patrick's Hall in Angels Camp.
Three kinds of sausage will be served with sweet and sour cabbage, hot German potato salad, apple strudel, and beer!
Bring your stein for the Beer Stein competition.
Soft drinks will be served for children.
The cost is $15.00 for adults. Children 12 and under eat for free. (Price includes meal and beer or soft drink.)
