Breastfeeding USA: Motherlode Moms
The mission of Breastfeeding USA is to provide evidence-based breastfeeding information and support, and to promote breastfeeding as the biological and cultural norm.
Free help and information is available for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers through your local accredited Breastfeeding Counselor (BC). You can contact your local BC by phone, e-mail, and monthly group meetings in Murphys.
Monthly Meetings:
▪ Third Thursday of the month, 10-11:30 am.
▪ Free and open to all pregnant and/or nursing mothers and their children.
▪ Location: First Congregational Church in Murphys, in the Eastman Education Center (533 N. Algiers St.). Park in the lot behind the church, which is one block north of Main Street at the corner of Church and Algiers. Look for the house behind the white picket fence.
