There will be a meeting of the Calaveras County Board of Education on Monday June 21, 2010. The regular meeting will begin at 4:30 p.m. and will be held in the Conference Room of the County Office of Education.

Any writings or documents that are public records and are provided to a majority of the County Board regarding an open session item on this agenda will be may available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Calaveras County Office of Education located at 185 So. Main Street, Angels Camp.

Requests for any disability-related modification or accommodation, including auxiliary aids or services in order to participate in the public meeting may be made by contacting the Office of the County Superintendent at (209) 736-6007 at least two days prior to the scheduled meeting. Agendas and other writings may also be requested in alternative formats, as outlined in section 12132 of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

7.1 2010 Mountain Oaks School Charter Renewal Application
Following approval by the Mountain Oaks Governing Board on May 10, 2010, final approval is requested.
7.2 Memorandum of Understanding between Calaveras County Board of Education, Calaveras County Superintendent of Schools and Mountain Oaks School
Following review by the Mountain Oaks School and Calaveras County Superintendent of Schools, the Memorandum of Understanding is presented for information and feedback prior to request for approval at a later date.
7.3 Sanitary Sewer Pipeline Easement for Mountain Oaks/Calaveras River Academy
Approval of the sanitary sewer pipeline easement between the Calaveras County Board of Education and the San Andreas Sanitary District is requested.
7.4 Sanitary Sewer Discharge Easement for Mountain Oaks/Calaveras River Academy
The Board will be asked to approve two agreements, each with minor language differences, with the San Andreas Sanitary District, and to authorize the County Superintendent of Schools or designee to submit the appropriate agreement when required in the future, and also to authorize the County Superintendent or designee to make minor modifications to the easement if necessary for Sanitary District approval.
