Join CABA for their 1st event of 2010. A Welcome Luncheon for all members and friends who are interested in growing the business community. Keynote speaker will be Rosie Sundell of Bear Valley who will discuss Bear Valley expansion and how plans for a year round resort will benefit business in Calaveras County. 05:30 PM Calaveras County Womens Network Dinner Meeting
Calaveras County Women’s Network (CCWN) will hold its February dinner/speaker meeting at The Mercantile, 1267 South Main, Angels Camp on Tuesday, February 23, 2010. This month CCWN presents Marie Schafle, M.D, of Angels Camp. Presentation: “Lasers, Botox, Fillers and Peels.” The presentation will be interactive and include a description of the wonderful services provided at her medical spa. Networking begins at 5:30 p.m. Introductions and dinner begin at 6:30 p.m. with program following at 7:00 p.m. This is a great way to introduce your business to our community, make new friends and enjoy a wonderful dinner prepared by The Mercantile’s chef. In addition, CCWN provides community business owners the opportunity to speak about their specific businesses. Bring your business cards, brochures and samples to introduce your business. 06:30 PM 4-H Monthly Community Club Meeting
February 22nd is our monthly 4-H Community Club Meeting and the Angelus Ranus 4-H Cake Contest and Auction.

Please arrive by 6:30 with your cake. We will have a brief meeting after everyone arrives and then the judging and auctioning of cakes begins at 7:00 pm.
Invite your family and friends to come and see the cakes and bid on them at the Auction. They can arrive at 7:00 pm.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone's great and creative cakes this year.
The categories for winning are: Best Use of 4-H theme, Most Creative, Funniest, Best Overall.
Every 4-H member that brings a cake will get a wristband for entry into the fair. The 4 winners will also receive wrtistbands for the Carnival rides.
