Featuring Luke A. Wake
Luke is an attorney with the Pacific Legal Foundation and will be discussing General Plan property rights issues and may comment on the CCTA Alternative D proposal. He was also involved in helping the struggling farmers on the Valley Water Shut Off issue.
The Pacific Legal Foundation was established March 5, 1973 and is the oldest and most successful public interest legal organization that fights for limited government, property rights, individual rights and a balanced approach to environmental protection.
