COOKING CLASS ~ SUSHI
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2011 - SUSHI ROLLS
Sushi masters are considered artists in the medium of food. This is not you! You are not a master and this class won't get you much closer, but it will be fun!
This is a basic sushi rolling class. Learn about how to make your rice, nori, and the ingredients to make your rolls delightful!
The cost of the cooking class is $75 per person and includes hands on instruction in our professional kitchen, by Chef James Lehman, all the materials you will need and wine to drink. Buy all 3 classes at once for the price of $200.

Black Oak Casino continues to present national touring acts every week, LIVE at Willow Creek Lounge! Whether you enjoy R&B Latin, Classic Rock or the Blues, Black Oak Casino offers an
entertainment lineup that will satisfy any music lover.
With over 200 seats, Willow Creek Lounge is an entertainment venue complete with a full service bar,
dance floor, and video bar top slots. Shows are primarily free, however selected shows may have a minimal ticket charge to provide comfortable crowd size for the venue. For all 8 pm shows, doors will open at 6:30 pm and for all 9pm shows, doors will open at 7:30 pm. Performances that require tickets will be noted on the entertainment lineup, and tickets will be available at The Gift Basket and at www.highsierratickets.com. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis, and you must be seated at the table to save your seat prior to any show. Willow Creek Lounge is a smoke-free venue, and all lounge guests must be 21 or older to attend.
