June 27, 4 p.m., 22021 Highway 26, (near Main Street), West Point, concert will feature duo violinists Joseph Gold and Debbie Dare and duo-pianists Diane Day and Ron Brickman, fundraiser hosted by the Arts Committee of Northeast Calaveras County, former head chefs Gabriel and Jeneca Glasier from Sacramento's four-star restaurant, Slocum House, will prepare a Spanish-themed meal for dinner, includes tapas-style appetizers, gazpacho, paella and dessert, must make reservations in advance, tickets can be purchased at Sam Snead Real Estate in West Point or ordered by mail to P.O. Box 117, West Point, CA, 95255 with a check made out to ACNECC with the number tickets desired; tickets are $30 per person, call 293-7979.
