Twin Arbors Athletic Club Hosts Kickin’ it for Kids Carnival and Street Fair
Blockbuster Community Event on August 28 to Benefit Vinewood Elementary School and the Lodi High School Soccer Field Project
Lodi, CA....Twin Arbors Athletic Club will host Kickin’ it for Kids, a carnival and fair, on Saturday, August 28, from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Kickin’ it for Kids will be held at the Twin Arbors Tennis Facility, located at 2040 Cochran Road. All proceeds from the event will benefit Vinewood Elementary School and The Lodi High School Soccer Field Project.
The public is invited to attend. Admission is free. Purchasing an unlimited activities and games wristband for each child lets them play all day. Wristbands are $5.00 each and may be purchased in advance from Vinewood Elementary School, Lodi High Soccer Field Project, Kiz it Iz or at the door on the day of the event.
This fun-filled event will gather families from the Lodi community to participate in carnival games and sports activities designed to encourage an active, healthy lifestyle. The carnival will feature an obstacle course and other inflatable's, waterslides, rock climbing wall', arts and crafts, a dunk tank with celebrity “victims - would love to have your news staff participate,” target tennis, swimming, fitness games and challenges, active carnival booths for big and little kids, $5 pony rides, and much, much more. Children of all ages who participate will receive prizes. Be sure and bring your swim suit and towel!
The “Marketplace” is a special feature of the Kickin’ it for Kids carnival and street fair. Over twenty local specialty vendors will be onsite to distribute information about OUR community and to display and sell their products.
Delicious barbequed tri tip sandwiches, sno-cones, cotton candy and other food will be available for purchase.
The Twin Arbors Athletic Club Tennis Facility is located at 2040 Cochran Road, Lodi, CA. Shuttle services will be available by Kidz it Iz. Locations for off site parking and shuttle services are at Vinewood Community Church, 1900 W. Vine Street, and Temple Baptist Church, 801 S. Lower Sacramento Road - Front parking lot.

Antique and restored cars will be on display starting at 12 noon.
This car show supports some of the finest automobiles in the area.
Local artisans will be selling their crafts under the shady walnut trees.
