Angels Camp City Administrator Tim Shearer Addressed Angels-Murphys Rotary on his Iraq Deployment (Updated with Video)
Murphys, CA...We had the pleasure to attend the Angels-Murphys Rotary Meeting today where Angels Camp City Administrator Tim Shearer talked about progress Angels Camp has been making on the Branding front. He also talked about his upcoming Iraq Deployment. Tim has been in the reserves for over 20 years where he has attained the rank of Colonel. This will be a huge commitment for him and as he said at the luncheon an even bigger commitment for his family...
His background in City Administration will be very useful in his duties. Colonel Shearer will be helping with Governmental infrastructure. His unit will work in conjunction with the State Department and the Iraqi Government helping to secure the peace.
His deployment is for 440 days and will start in late January of 2010. From all of us at ThePineTree.net we would like to thank Tim and his family for their service to our Country!! Good Luck Colonel Shearer
