It is actually quite remarkable what secret pockets of time in a day there really are to fit in exercise. Yes that may require waking a bit earlier, but it is possible, and an excuse such as “there is no time to exercise” is nothing more then an excuse. The harsh reality is that by not exercising your life span is reduced, your quality of health is decreased and your disease risk factor increases .....

exponentially. What many of you may not know is that the cardiovascular benefits of exercising in 10-minute bouts 6 times a day is just as heart friendly as exercising for an hour straight. By breaking up your exercise time into 10-minute segments 4-6times a day can be an alternative. This may be walking to work rather then driving, or parking farther away from the market rather then the closest spot possible. The fit fact for the month is to adjust your mindset to believing that there is such small time segments in a day to fit in for physical movement. We have one heart why risk losing it.
