Calaveras Professional Association Will Officially Launch This Wednesday, July 21st

Calaveras Professional Association (CPA) will officially launch Wednesday, July 21, 2010 with a kick off meeting at the Angels Camp Mercantile and Café. The meeting will start at 7:00 A.M. and end at 8:30 A.M. The purpose of CPA is to grow businesses through education and referrals. Each week the group meets at the Angels Camp Mercantile and Café in downtown Angels Camp to get to know each other’s businesses and to learn how to give quality referrals to the members of the group. The groups’ strong focus on education is seen each week with a 10 minute presentation on various business topics such as....

Customer Service
Goal setting and tracking
Giving presentations

Additionally, once per month the group has a Social Media Workshop to teach members how to use sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google Buzz, etc. Members may bring their laptops and begin implementing the lessons immediately and ask questions as they go.
CPA is a tight networking group, which means that only 1 person per professional category will be allowed to join the group. For more information or to RSVP, please call the group president, Mara Naber, at 209-754-0521 or visit www.calapros.com.
