Angels-Murphys Rotary Says THANK YOU!!
Murphys, CA...The Angels-Murphys Rotary club would like to say THANK YOU to all who attended their annual Shrimp Feed in the Murphys Park last Saturday August 21st. We hope that everyone had a great time. And of course we couldn’t have done it without the help of Snowshoe Brewery, and their fine staff of cooks!...
Additionally we want to thank those who donated raffle prizes for our auction: Milliare Wineries, Edward Jones Financial, State Farm Insurance, Ace Hardware of Arnold, Jillian’s Day Spa, and Yogurt Your Way. Additional door prize donations came from Sierra Hills Market, the Murphys Suites, Aria Bakery, Mercer Caverns, Twinkle Window Cleaning, and Grounds Restaurant
All of these businesses helped us raise the funds that allow your local Rotary clubs to work on our local projects and programs, including our Murphys pool renovation, coats for kids, students of the month awards and scholarships, and our newest project- the Murphys Community Garden, which breaks ground in September 2010.
Thank you, and thank you to the Pine Tree for their help in advertising our event
