4th Annual “ Taste of Calaveras” to be Held on on September 18th!
Purchase Tickets for the 4thannual “ Taste of Calaveras”to be held on Saturday, September 18, 1:00 – 5:00 at the Dove Hill Ranch in Angels Camp. Presented by the Angels Camp Business Association. Tickets are now available for one of Calaveras' premier events. This event is a food and wine experience, featuring vintages from Calaveras wineries and gourmet foods from Calaveras restaurateurs. Calaveras artists will also be attending with a special art show....
and local entertainers will be performing throughout the day. There will be a premium silent auction featuring Calaveras experiences and Calaveras products. New this year, will be demonstrations and displays from local organizations and businesses.
You can purchase your tickets at the following locations: in Angels Camp – Middleton's, Turner's Wild West, Calaveras Visitors Bureau and Cusco's Restorante; in San Andreas – Calaveras Arts Council and in Valley Springs – Showtime Video or call 209/754-0127.
Back again this year is our great Hat Contest. Open to everyone who attends. It's a great time to showcase your favorite hat or decorate a new one. Prizes will be awarded to the best male and best female contestant.
Tickets are $30 per person advance, $40 at the gate. Entry ticket allows you to receive a commemorative wine glass and food tray. Enjoy a fantastic afternoon browsing and freely tasting from our Calaveras Wineries and gourmet foods from Calaveras restaurateurs.
Proceeds will benefit the Calaveras Arts Council Art in Education Program.
