Is the community ready for the new face and energy of Braedon Martinez and what she brings to the Dance and Movement of Calaveras County?
Arnold, CA...Braedon Martinez has joined the Body Language Dance School located off of Highway 4 in Arnold, and she is the instructor to set you on the first step of the dance of your life. She has always seen life with unique vision, eternally optimistic about the possibility of everything and everyone. The goal for her classes is to build confidence and a love of dance and physical activity...
Braedy began formal dance training when she was 3 years
old with the Red River Academy of Dance in Fargo, ND. At
12 her family moved to Flagstaff, AZ and she continued
formal study with the Royal Academy of Ballet associated with Northern Arizona University. At
age 13 she began earning college credits continuing study in both Jazz and Ballet at the college
level. Braedy danced in theatrical productions for the university and enthusiastically entered
organizations involving dance competition. She received an award for "Best Ballet" at a state
level pageant and won the Arizona State Award for Baton Twirling in Presentation. She
attended high school at Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy, furthering her dance training
while also studying musical theater and photography. She then joined up with Signature agency
in Phoenix, AZ for modeling and acting work while continuing to study dance and earn her
degree in social services.
Braedy moved on to work with at risk children and teens through The Boys and Girls club of
Mesa, AZ and Alternative High School in Flagstaff, AZ. Teaching dance, cheerleading, art, and
music to these youth led her to appreciate the diversity and complexity of each individual
person. She knows children, especially children with challenges of all varieties. Contact her to
talk about the special situation of any child.
Braedy brings a multitude of talent and experience to Body Language Fitness. Give your young
person the joy and challenge of a new experience or continue to support their work on skills
already learned. Adult dance provides exercise, challenge, and the opportunity to see what you’re
capable of. The variety of dance moves are as limitless as the people who set themselves on the
journey to learn them. A move for every person and a person for every move, male and female,
young and old! Let the dance begin!
Fall Sessions begin this week! Dance. Gymnastics. Karate.
