TRAFFIC NEWS....Head On Traffic Accident at Hwy 49 and Deer Creek Road Sadly Causes One Fatatily and One Injured
Angels Camp, CA....Emergency crews are responding to a traffic accident at Hwy 49 and Deer Creek Road in Angels Camp. Two parties involved. One party walking around. One may have serious injuries as it is a possible pin-in. Jaws of life and Mediflight have been ordered. Please travel with caution in the area. More to follow.....UPDATE 6:41pm. Some very sad news....Possible solo Fatality involved. Update 7:18pm: Lanes to be blocked at least another 20 minutes or so. More to follow as we receive.
Update: Two vehicles involved in a head on collision. One fatality, one patient flown to a Modesto Hospital. Roadway open as of 8:15pm.
May our deepest thoughts and prayers be with the families and friends of those involved in this tragic accident.
