Our Article on Last Years Dinner Is Below

Almost 800 happy Holiday revelers had a wonderful Christmas Dinner with all the trimmings on Christmas Day. One of the Murphys Friends organizers, Ted Follendorf mentioned they served almost 600 meals at the hall and around 200 were delivered or to-go meals. It was a celebration of the true spirit and fellowship of the season. From 1 to 3 pm the Native Sons of the Golden West Hall featured Horse Drawn Carriage Rides, Story Telling and Caroling, Pictures with Santa and more...

The event even drew people from outside our area to attend. We even saw an old friend from the Modesto area in attendance. How blessed we are to live in such a wonderful community.

The Murphys Friends provides a wonderful service to the community. If you would like more information about the group or would like to make a donation you can give them a call at 209 736-6177.
