Enter the Daily Baking Competition at The Calaveras County Fair & Jumping Frog Jubilee!~Entry Deadline May 7th!
Frogtown USA.....Do you want free Fair admission? Do you want to participate in a traditional Fair competition? Do you want to show off your culinary skills? Enter the Daily Baking contest at the Calaveras County Fair & Jumping Frog Jubilee, May 19-22, Pirates of the Carrots and Beans. Each day of the Jubilee a different item is featured cookies, cakes, pies and brownies. There will be special awards for competitors who create their items using carrots or beans. All baked items must be prepared at home and brought to the fair the day of the competition. A recipe should accompany all entries.....

Participants deliver their tasty treats to the Becky Thatcher building. The items are judged by a panel and ribbons are awarded daily. The entry due date is May 7. Entry forms can be found in the 2011 Entry Guide Book or at Frogtown.org.
