Tickets On Sale for the Valley Springs Music Fest!
Valley Springs, CA....Valley Springs Arts and Music is bringing some of the greatest bands from around California to Calaveras County. Jazz festivals, Concerts, Art Exhibits and much more. All to raise money for our schools music and sports programs. The Valley Springs Music Festival will take place on May 28th, 2011 from 2pm to 9pm at the Terrace in Valley Springs. All ticket sales, vendor booth fees, sponsorship fees or donations are tax deductible. The Valley Springs Community Music Association invites you to join us as a sponsor or booth vendor for our Second Annual "Valley Springs Music Festival". This event is a celebration of great music, food, wine, crafts and art, in an effort to support local youth programs.....

The Valley Springs Music Festival will bring together individual music performers and music groups from Northern California. Along with the wonderful music, the venue will be filled with delicious food, drinks, adult beverages, beautiful art from our local Calaveras artists, arts and craft vendors.

Northern California native, now Nashville-based, Shane Dwight is a young American Roots Music artist for the 21st century - a killer blues player who can rock the house all night long with the best of them, and an introspective singer-songwriter whose voice rings true at alt-country, Americana, R&B, and flat-out Rock-N-Roll. Valley Springs Music Festival welcomes Bump City, a Tower of Power Tribute Band. Blessed by former and current Tower horn player, Mic Gillette, who writes horn parts for the band and sometimes plays with them, BUMP CITY brings it to the stage in a big, powerful brassy way, as only a true horn band can. Together for years, working as a R&B, soul & funk cover band under the name REUNION, band leaders Billy Sims and Matt Martinez decided to give the tribute band concept a whirl.
