In Loving Memory of Linda Krigbaum
Valley Springs, CA....On Thursday, April 14th, Scott's Yogurt Factory is having a fundraiser and silent auction, to help the Krigbaum family. We'd like to encourage our community to come down and help support the Krigbaum family through these tough times. Scott's Yogurt Factory will donate 25% of all sales for any item in the store to the family from 5-9 pm. Come on down and join us for dinner and/or a treat for desert as we stand together as a community to support each other....
Linda Louise Krigbaum, so sadly passed away after a tragic automobile accident last month. "Wife, mother and foster mother, Linda Louise Krigbaum of Burson passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Mark Twain Hospital after succumbing to injuries incurred from an automobile accident. She was 48. A native of Fremont, California, Mrs. Krigbaum was born December 8, 1962, and was the youngest daughter of Marian and Jerry Collett. In 1986, she married Richard Krigbaum with both her son and his son in attendance. They grew their family, and by 1994 they had two more sons. While in Fremont, Mrs. Krigbaum was a home daycare provider and was passionate about special needs children. In 2002, the family moved to Burson.
Mrs. Krigbaum became an active part of the Valley Springs community. She and Mr. Krigbaum became foster parents, eventually adopting three children. At the time of her death, they were in the process of adopting three additional children, two of whom have special needs. Through her ten children, Mrs. Krigbaum was active in 4H, Little League, basketball, soccer, and girl’s softball. The family attends Calvary Chapel in Valley Springs and His Way Recovery Baptist Mission in Manteca.
She is survived by her husband Rick; her ten children, Michael, Zachary, Cody, Jesse, Gabrielle, Desiree, Jericho, Kale, Jonathan and Joshua; her sisters, Vicki, Julie, Laura, Shari and Jennifer; her father and stepmother Jerry and Judy Collett and two grandchildren."
