How Does Your Nutrition Measure Up? Video Interview with Dr. Andreas Sullivan ~By John Hamilton

Murphys, CA...Last year when we stopped by Dr. Andrea Sullivan's Murphys office she was showing off her new Pharmanex BioPhotonic Scanner. This device uses what is know as Raman Spectroscopy to measure antioxidant levels in living tissue. She convinced me to let her scan my nutrient levels. Not to much of a surprise to me my results were pretty dismal. This was one of the "last straws" for me personally to make some changes in my lifestyle. Dr. Sullivan is using the device as an integral part of her practice. She has a great focus on wellness for her patients. We recorded a video last week with her in her office talking about the scanner and other areas of her practice. Now scanning in not only available in her Main Street Murphys Office but also at Family 4 Fitness and the new Sierra Hills Natural Foods. If you are looking at a measurable way to improve your health we couldn't recommend Dr. Sullivans's services any higher. The interview is below and more about Dr. Sullivan is enclosed..

Since 1990, Dr. Sullivan has been freeing people from pain in her clinic in the Bay Area and is now at a convenient location in downtown Murphys. As an experienced chiropractor, she is committed to promoting the health and well being of her patients.

Dr. Sullivan uses a "whole person approach" when caring for her patients. By combining the very best hands-on-techniques and state of the art physiotherapy procedures, she is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Sullivan graduated from Life West Chiropractic College in 1989, and received her post-graduate certification in Sports Injury Treatment and Prevention in 1991. Her undergraduate and pre-med work were completed at Northeastern University and the University of Massachusetts at Boston. She practiced for 19 years in the Bay Area before re-locating to this wonderful area. Dr. Sullivan was the team chiropractor for the Berkeley All-Blues Women’s rugby team (12 time national champions) and for the US Women’s Rugby Team. She often provided on site consultations at various sports venues (including Bear Valley Mountain Resort), as well as at several fitness clubs in the bay area, the AIDS Lifecycle and Breast Cancer Fund rides. She loves to be outdoors, hiking, skiing, biking or napping.

She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, the ACA Sports Council, BNI Murphys, and the Murphys Business Association.
