Sandra Perry Leetham, 48, So Sadly Passes Away After Short Battle with Cancer

Valley Springs, CA...Sandra Perry Leetham, age 48, passed away peacefully Thursday morning, June 7, 2012 at her home in Valley Springs, California after a two month battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Robben Leetham, children Kelsey Guernsey, Ben, Jordyn, Tyler, Grandson Kohen Guernsey, parents; Gordon and Lou Jean Perry, siblings; Andy Perry, Linda Perry Steck, Bud Perry, Ray Perry and Chad Perry...



Sandra was born and raised in Vernal, Utah. She attended Uintah High School, where she was a cheerleader and a member of the drill team. After graduation she moved to Salt Lake City and attended Salt Lake Community College. Later she earned her Series 7 stock brokerage license and worked at Fidelity Investments as a financial consultant. She met her sweetheart Rob, while in Salt Lake City and was married in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple in 1989.

Sandra and Rob spent several years in Vernal, Utah, where they owned and operated Vernal TV. They then lived in Kaysville, Utah and Littleton, Colorado before settling in Valley Springs, California where they have resided for the past 10 years. While there Sandra earned her Massage Therapy license and started her home business, “Say Something Custom Home Decor”. Sandra was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in many positions including Primary President and most recently as a Counselor in the Young Women’s Presidency. Sandra was loved by many for her service, compassion, kindness, creativity and amazing sense of humor.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 11th, 11:00 AM, at the San Andreas LDS Chapel: 221 South Church Hill Road, San Andreas, California, with a viewing for family and close friends at 10:00 AM.
A viewing will also take place on Sunday, June 10th, 6:00 PM at the same location.
