Angels Camp, CA...The City of Angels is accepting applications for a full time Director of Engineering and Public Works. Angels Camp provides water & wastewater services for approximately 1,700 customers within the City. Reporting to the City Administrator, the Engineer will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and reviewing the activities and operations of all engineering and public works functions, activities, projects and programs including complex projects related to water and wastewater systems, engineering design, securing permits and project construction activities. Successful candidate will possess the equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in civil engineering or related field....
A master’s
degree in similar field is desirable; ten years of increasingly responsible professional civil
engineering experience in the administration of municipal utility operations, including five years
in a public agency and three years of supervisory experience; Certificate of Registration as a
Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California and valid California driver’s license with
