Traffic Update...Overturned Vehicle Near Black Springs on Hwy 4
Arnold, CA...CHP is reporting that a Chevy Tahoe is now on it's roof in the westbound lane of Hwy 4 near Black Springs. Luckily it is a non-injury accident but expect delays and use caution in the area until this incident is cleared. Black Springs is above Cottage Springs and below Ganns Meadow...
