Traffic Update...3 Large Black Cows in Roadway
Valley Springs, CA...CHP is reporting 3 large black cows out of their pasture on Paloma Road. It is a relief to know that they are not being reported as Loose Cows however. That should at least keep the local bull population from joining them. Please use caution in the area...
