Bret Harte JV Girls Take Central Valley Spring Bash Tournament
Angels Camp, CA...Bret Harte JV Girls soccer won the CVSB Tournament this past Saturday. In a two day tournament Bret Harte won all three of their tournament games to take the championship. Bret Harte JV played Central Valley High (1-0, goal by Alyx Fairman), Livingston High School (3-0, goals by Jessica Rapetti and Sarah Wilson(2)) and Gregori (1-1 tie, goal by Jara Clark, assisted by Maddie Fichtner, 5-4 after penalty kicks by Sarah Wilson, Avery Anderson, Alyx Fairman, Jara Clark and Taylor Ryan). Defensively Bret Harte was very strong, allowing only one goal for the tournament past goalkeeper Cheyenne McDearmid and led in the back field by Quinn Mayes-Smith and Taylor Ryan....
Bret Harte Varsity and JV play their final pre-season match against Sonora High School @ Bret Harte on Tuesday, March 5th, 5:30 (JV) and 7:00 (Varsity). Official league games begin on March 14th vs. Summerville @ Bret Harte.
