Jewel Thieves! by Norman Beim is a clever play full of twists and turns that keep you guessing. The cast and I spent the first few weeks of readings trying to pick apart the mystery and to be honest, we still haven’t decided what the truth is. We have had a great time getting to know these characters and playing with Norman Beim’s witty dialogue.

All of Beim’s old film references inspired us to set the play at the end of the 1940s, allowing us to indulge in the rich music and styles of the era. We hope you enjoy the play as much as we have & invite you to join in the film noir fun by joining us for a closing night costume party!

It is unique for a town as small as West Point to have a community theater. It is due to the dedication of a small group of community members that we are able to stage our very own productions. We owe special thanks to our tireless volunteers: Vicki Snead, Danielle Bianchi, Diana Inslee, Kathy Ryan, Karan Bowsher & Ritchey Garrison.

Please come out and support our community theater & consider joining the fun and becoming a part of the Blue Mountain Players!
