Coyote Creek Grill - Casual Dining in Murphys
Murphys, CA...Coyote Creek Grill..... Casual Dining? Casual Dining is a little confusing to most folks. Yes.. you can wear your loudest pair of Bermuda shorts or perhaps that Hawaiian Shirt your Great Aunt Martha brought you from the Honolulu Airport...
The truth of the matter is we probably used the wrong adverb. Our goal is to prepare and serve the highest quality food on the Highway 4 Corridor. That seems to be the opinion of the local folks who frequent the Coyote Creek Grill.
We know nothing about the former Brewery Pub that occupied the space before us......except for the fact that he built the most beautiful new building in Murphy's. We tore the existing kitchen out and replaced it with state of the art equipment. We strove to make it as warm and comfortable as possible yet still upbeat and exciting.
We perceive our fare as casual only because it is made from scratch, priced fairly with no menu item over $12.95. You can visit the great salad bar or order a steak dinner. Our specialty is burgers and hot griddled sandwiches but we also smoke our own Tri Tip and Chicken.
Our favorite thing is having locals take a seat at the bar, order a cold one ( 10 beers on tap), and just sit and talk. Marsha loves our seniors, pictures of your kids, or getting ideas about her next quilting project!
